Do I need to install anything?
No. BayBoard runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Open it, log in, and you’re on the board.
Does it work for both bike shops and car shops?
Yes. Jobs, flags, parts, time tracking and work orders work the same for bikes, cars, motorcycles and small engines. You can add your own flag types to match your shop.
Will customers see my internal notes and flags?
No. Flags, time tracking and internal notes stay inside your shop. Customer documents show only what the customer needs: their details, work requested, parts used and authorization.
Is my shop’s data safe?
Access is role-based and the site runs over HTTPS. Records aren’t hard-deleted — deactivating a team member never erases their past work.
